About these terms
Business Launch Studio offers branding, website setup and launch materials for small service businesses. These terms explain use of this website and the basic conditions of our services. A project begins only after you and the service provider accept a written project scope. That agreement identifies the contracting provider, client, deliverables, charges and schedule.
Browsing this site, creating a launch brief, printing a gift note or sending an inquiry does not purchase or reserve a service. The Christmas gift page links to GoDaddy checkout, where a gift-package payment can be completed separately. Clicking the checkout link alone does not make a purchase.
Your project and payment
The introductory pilot package is advertised at $1,250 for the first three pilot projects, with $625 to begin and $625 after preview approval, before launch and final file transfer. Availability and the exact scope must be confirmed in writing before payment. The gift package is paid in full at $1,250 after recipient fit, availability and gift arrangements are confirmed. The agreed price applies to your accepted order; later website price changes do not change that order.
The package includes one logo direction, a palette and font pairing; one mobile-friendly website page with up to six sections and 800 words; a quote-request form with up to eight fields; five social graphics and captions; one digital flyer; one client-owned domain connection; links to two existing social profiles; and a 30-minute handoff. Two consolidated revision rounds are included.
Timing and your participation
The target delivery period is 10 business days after the signed scope, first payment, complete intake and required access are received. It is a target, not a guaranteed deadline. You provide accurate business information, content you have permission to use, account access and consolidated feedback. Missing information or delayed approvals can change the schedule. Additional pages, new design directions or extra work require a written change order before charges are incurred.
Separate costs and services
Domain registration, hosting, email, booking subscriptions, advertising and ongoing maintenance are separate unless the written order expressly includes them. Third-party costs must be disclosed and approved before purchase. Their providers control their own services, renewals and licensing.
This package does not include business formation, licenses, legal or tax advice, financing or ongoing marketing management. We do not promise customers, search rankings, funding, revenue or profits.
Ownership and approval
Your domain and business accounts remain in your name. After full payment, you receive the agreed original custom deliverables and available editable files. Preexisting templates, fonts, stock assets, software and platform components remain subject to their applicable licenses, which we identify when used. Logo creation does not include trademark clearance or registration.
We obtain your approval before launch and final transfer. The included 14-calendar-day correction period following handoff covers defects in the agreed work, not new features or third-party outages. This correction period does not limit any rights you have under applicable law. Portfolio use or publication of a testimonial requires separate permission.
Gifts and cancellations
A printable Christmas gift note is a personal message, not proof of payment, a paid gift certificate or a reservation. Before buying a package for someone else, confirm recipient fit, availability, payment responsibility and the gift arrangements in writing.
Our Refund Policy explains cancellation requests, completed work and unearned payments. Project-specific changes to that policy must be disclosed and expressly agreed before purchase and remain subject to applicable law.
Responsible website use
Use this site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, try to obtain unauthorized access, impersonate others or submit material you are not entitled to share. You may use the launch brief and gift-note features for their intended purpose. Permission to use these features does not transfer ownership of the website or its branding.
